​This research seminar session focused on haute couture in the 1980s in three lectures. Dilys Blum (Philadelphia Museum of Art) talked about American Patrick Kelly and his fascination with Paris couture. Sara Skillen (University of Stockholm) shed light on Marc Bohan's tenure at Dior. Lastly, I talked about Christian Lacroix's work at Patou until 1987.
